CONSENT FORM FOR PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING

I consent to Iden Co Studios Ltd using photographs and or video recordings including images and audio of me, both internally and externally, for marketing, promotional, training and educational purposes to promote their business. These images and recordings may be used in print and digital media formats including websites, e marketing, social media, advertising, promotional materials, publications, posters, banners and film. I understand and agree that images and recordings may be edited, adapted, cropped or combined with other media as part of normal production processes.

I understand that images can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as UK legislation provides.

I have read and understood the conditions and consent to my images being used as described. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that no payment, royalties or compensation are due for the use of these images or recordings. Consent will remain valid until it is withdrawn, however withdrawal will not affect materials already published or in circulation. I waive any right to review or approve the finished materials in which my image or recordings may appear.

I confirm that I am aged 18 or over and have the capacity to provide this consent.

Your rights

You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, your images will not be used in future materials, however they may continue to appear in publications or content already produced or in circulation.
